Losing Weight Easily with the Law of Attraction
Most of us who consider ourselves to be conscious creators have
mastered the art of attracting great things into our lives.
We've attracted money, jobs, cars, great opportunities, and even
life partners. But often when it comes to the state of our
own bodies, our confidence stalls.
Part of the problem is that we have been so brainwashed into thinking
that our actions alone affect the state of our bodies. We
are told that eating specific foods is "bad" for us and
will cause us to gain weight. We are told that obesity is
genetic and we are doomed to the same fate as our ancestors.
We are told that our metabolism slows down as we get older and weight
gain is inevitable.
Does all of this have to be true? As conscious creators, we
are keenly aware that something is "true" only if we believe
it to be true. And the good news is that we are in full control
of what we choose to believe!
Manifesting a gorgeous, slender, healthy body is no different than
manifesting anything else you want. You simply need to align
your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and expectations with the outcome
you desire.
Consciously Directing Your Thoughts
By now you are probably aware of how much power your thoughts have
- so directing your thoughts toward anything you don't want would
be a major no-no. Yet how many of us do this with our own
bodies every day? We hate our fat so we focus obsessively
on trying to eliminate it - but the Law of Attraction simply delivers
more of the same to us.
In order to turn this trend around, begin focusing ONLY on what
you want to create in your own life. That means focusing on
thin, not fat. Focusing on good health and vitality, not fatigue
and heaviness. Focusing on how great it feels to be slender,
energetic, and strong. Even if you have never been slender,
you can probably imagine how great it feels, so focus there with
all of your might.
Aligning Your Emotions
As you begin to consciously direct your thoughts, your emotions
will come into alignment too - but you can also make the process
much more deliberate by choosing to feel happy about your body right
now. No, I'm not asking you to love your excess pounds, but
at least find something about your body that you DO love and feel
good about that.
Do you like your eyes? Your hair? Your hands?
Most likely there is something you can appreciate about your body
and allow positive emotion to flow in response, so begin doing that
daily. The more you do it, the more you're going to notice
your emotions lightening up and you will begin feeling more positive
about the rest of your body too.
Forming Positive Beliefs
Exploring your limiting beliefs when it comes to your body and weight
is equally important. Do you believe that you have a slow
metabolism that prevents you from losing weight easily? Do
you believe that you can only lose weight by strict dieting and
extreme workouts?
Changing those limiting beliefs is crucial before your outer reality
will change to reflect them. As daunting as that may seem,
it's really not hard to do. A belief is nothing more than
a thought you have repeated so many times that it has become your
"truth". Rewriting your old limiting beliefs with
new, empowering beliefs is as simple as impressing your subconscious
mind with the new beliefs repeatedly until they sink in.
Obviously, this is not an overnight process. It takes time
to shift to a new vibrational "frequency" - but compared
to months of strict dieting and deprivation, which one sounds like
more fun? :-)

to see yourself in a new way. By aligning your thoughts and
beliefs to the outcome you want (that slender, gorgeous bod!) permanent
