Hot Questions On Staying Cool About Money
How to Get into Alignment So You Can Attract More Money
How do I attract money when I don't have enough?
How do I align with my desires for plenty of money when I don't
have enough money now?
How do I get more money to manifest when I feel anxious and even
sometimes hopeless about money ever showing up?
I get asked these questions a lot.
You might be thinking “I know that I'm out of alignment with
my desires. And I know that I can't attract more money when I've
got my attention on what I don't want. But managing my thoughts
and emotions are like reining in wild horses.”
What's the solution?
The solution is asking yourself some serious questions about what
energy and beliefs you hold about money. What are your beliefs about
money? What were you taught about money? What about people who have
lots of money? What beliefs do you have about what it takes to get
money?
Lots of good people have found themselves in deep water with respect
to money and debt. Many heart centered people have lost jobs,
homes, and have gotten themselves into what feels like insurmountable
debt. The first thing many people do is react, blame and feel shame.
The next thing they do is go to fear, anxiety, stress and then more
blame and shame. As we all know the Law of Attraction will just
mirror back to us more opportunities for us to feel stressed, shameful
and angry about.
The only one who judges you is you. The Universe loves you and doesn't
look at you with blame or shame.
The best way I know how to move your vibration on such a loaded
topic as money is to know what the resistance is to begin with.
Write it all down. What were the beliefs taught from childhood and
about your current situation?
The next step is to move your vibration up a bit at a time. Let's
make some bridging statements that will move your vibration from
where you are to where you want to be.
- It sure feels yucky to feel so anxious about money.
- I guess I was really taught to be cautious and careful with money.
Like there's never enough.
- I've inherited a belief that doesn't serve me.
- No wonder it's hard for me to acquire money and lasting financial
freedom.
- It's now what I want to believe. But here I am with a thought
that's not my own and it's messing with my manifesting.
- I guess they were just doing the best they could. They were taught
about scarcity, too.
- If I think about it, other areas of my life are working and that
vibration comes easy to me.
- I have lovely friends. My body works really well. I attract great
information like this article.
- Okay, so now I want to do something about my money vibe.
- I don't have to handle it all this very second.
- But I could ease up a bit and release the stress and anxiety just
a bit right now.
- I don't have to pressure myself to change and immediately start
manifesting money.
- I can take it a step at a time.
- I like it when I don't pressure myself.
- I feel better.
- I can take a deep breath (breathe) and relax just a bit about
money.
- I know when I relax, creative ideas flow. Ideas about how to make
more money.
- How can I provide value or make my work even more valuable so
I can solve other people's problems?
- People, employers, companies pay when you can provide better solutions
to their problems.
- What might I do to provide great value so I can be compensated
with more money?
- Money is all about an energy exchange after all.
- Universe send me a great idea on how I can provide more value.
- Universe, how might I offer more value to my employer, or others?
- I could also start to appreciate what I already have.
- I could be grateful for the companies (utilities; electricity,
phone, landlord, etc.) that have all extended me their trust.
- Wow. I'm worthy of their trust.
- I'm worthy of lots of wonderful things and experiences.
- It's natural for me to experience wonderful things.
- It's natural for me to want more money.
- It's natural for me to get into alignment with my desire for more
money.
- I really feel like I'm in a much better attraction point now.
- And all I need to do is keep on moving my vibration when ever
I feel 'less than' about anything, including money.
All it takes to rein in your wild horses is to practice a little
focused thought. If you will practice these kinds of statements
every day, while continuing to reach for better and better feeling
thoughts, you'll see the shifts and then new experiences coming
