Law of Attraction - How Mastermind Groups Can Help You Obtain Your Goals With LOA
The Law of Attraction is often practiced alone, but
you can in fact reach your goals faster with a little help from
friends.
Many years ago, I joined a class in which we also used meditations.
The course was held in a small village, so we were only a handful
of people. Never the less, I learned a lot. One year after, I wanted
to repeat the course, which was free, but it was no longer held
in the small village near my home, so I had to go to the capital
city of my country to join.
The course started Thursday afternoon, and hurried to get there
after work, but the others had already started. When I entered the
class, everybody was meditating, and I sat down, closed my eyes,
and immediately, I felt my brain waves drop down.
For some reason, being over 100 people who did the same exercise
helped my brain waves to drop to the same level as theirs in a matter
of seconds.
You can use that effect to obtain faster results, when you are visualizing
your end goals.
Instead of working on your own, join a Mastermind Group, and take
turns about the subject you will visualize together.
Let's say that one of you wants to become a famous writer. Then
describe the situation you want your all to visualize, like people
standing in line to buy your books, you looking at your book at
the best spot in the book store etc.
Start meditating together, visualize the situation you have all
agreed to, do it with all the passion needed, and then leave meditation,
ready for the next person, the next case.
This can work with as few as 2 people, and I haven't heard about
an upper limit to the number of people who could be in a successful
Mastermind Group like this. You should never make a bigger group
than it's still possible to explain everybody about the situation,
they are supposed to visualize.
If your group consists of 2-4 people, it is possible to let all
of you have your turn, each time you see each other. If the group
is larger than that, you might have to chose only a few cases each
time.
Do you have to be in the same room as the other members of the Mastermind
Group?
No, not necessarily. It is better, of course, due to the effect
I mentioned in the beginning of this article. Several people in
meditation amplifies the group experience, and you will obtain a
deeper level of meditation.
But if that's not possible, you can agree on a time and date, where
you all meditate together, regardless of the amount of space between
you.
