Think and Feel Your Way to Paradise Health
“If you want to see what your body will look like tomorrow,
look at your thoughts today.” – Navajo proverb
Complaining about a pain in his arm, the patient says to his doctor
– “Doc, it hurts when I go like this.” The doctor
replies – “Then don’t go like that.” This
old joke actually contains sage wisdom. It also follows the basic
guidelines of the Law of Attraction: Focus on what you DO want
– NOT on what you DON’T want!
The process for attracting and creating vibrant good health is the
same as for attracting and creating anything you desire –
focus on what you want until you FEEL it into being. As you find
the Feeling Place of good health, you become a vibrational match
to good health. You have the potential for both illness and health
in your body right now and will solicit one or the other or a mixture
depending on your thoughts and feelings. Illness, like any lack
of Well-Being, is a result of vibrational resistance. When you
connect with Source Energy and allow the healing Life Force Energy
of the Universe to flow fully through you, you are attracting paradise
health.
Your body responds to your Thought-Feelings and reflects them back
to you in your bodily conditions. If you have doubts, fears and
worries about your health, these limiting beliefs will manifest
in your body as lack of health. Illness comes from patterns of Thought-Feelings
that block your natural state of Well-Being. You attract bodily
conditions that are a vibrational match to your thoughts and feelings.
Accordingly, focusing on health invites in your natural state of
physical Well-Being and focusing on, worrying about, struggling
against illness invites in illness.
Burn an image of paradise health into your subconscious and your
body will align with that image. See yourself as healthy and you
will be healthy. See and feel yourself with great clarity in your
ideal state of health. How empowering it is to know that you
can change from a sickness orientation to a wellness orientation
by directing your thoughts and feelings toward health.
Breathing techniques such as Pranayama teach that breathing has
an amazing power to affect your state of mind and that breathing
is the primary source of Prana or Chi, the Life Force Energy which
permeates the Universe. This Chi or Prana can be guided by the mind
and is responsive to Thought-Feelings. Positive, optimistic thoughts
increase the flow of Energy and lead to improved health. Pessimistic,
downer thoughts disrupt and diminish the Life Force Energy and diminish
your health. As you focus on your breathing, riding the waves of
the inhalation and the exhalation, you will feel your breath purifying
and energizing every cell of your body. It is natural for you to
feel good. It is natural for your body to be well.
The answer to vibrant good health is not some esoteric therapy,
expensive supplement or strict diet regimen. The answer is to utilize
the wisdom of the Law of Attraction and begin attracting and creating
the health you desire. Whatever less than excellent health situation
you may be enduring today was created by your Thought-Feelings yesterday.
Your new, improved Thought-Feelings will be reflected in a vibrant,
passionate, vital physical condition tomorrow. You can literally
