Law Of Attraction And Feelings

“Feelings” I said. Are you kidding me? I have to be aware of

my feelings to be able to use the Law of Attraction (LOA)?

I’m a guy for starters. I played high school football and

hockey. Rode motocross and thirty years later I still play

floor hockey a couple times a week. Needless to say it was

something I was going to have to deal with. Your feelings

have a lot to do with what you attract into your life.

Lets look at the range of emotions that we can experience.

We have gratitude, love, and joy, all the way down to

hatred, anger, or despair. Can you see on both ends of the

spectrum how strong emotions equate to strong vibrations.

Both will manifest result. Hatred can make someone actually

kill a person. Love on the other hand can actually help mend

a broken relationship, if you focus on it.

Now when you want to manifest something positive in your

life you need to raise up your vibration while putting out

your desire to the Universe. One of the best ways to raise

up your vibration is to focus on gratitude. What are

thankful for? If you’re reading this that means you’re alive

and that means you still have the opportunity to produce a

positive result. That’s something to be grateful for.

Another way I have used to raise my vibration is by

picturing a little baby giggling at me. Most of us have

had this happen to us sometime in our life or seen it on TV.

How can picturing this not make you feel better? Raising our

vibration helps us get better connected to our Source. A

better connection allows for better manifestation.

Hope this helps.

Before Abraham Wrote About The Law Of Attraction, Seth Told

Many people today read the Abraham books, channeled by

Esther Hicks. These books present a very concise and

inspiring look at the Law of Attraction, which Abraham calls

the most powerful law in the universe. The Abraham books,

however, acknowledge that this message is not new, though

they are, arguably, bringing it to more people than ever

In the introduction to Abraham’s book, The Law of

Attraction, Esther’s husband and co-author, Jerry, speaks of

having read Seth before Esther began channeling. Seth is

credited with coining the famous new age phrase, “You Create

Your Own Reality.”

While that phrase became a popular one and is easy to say,

much of the material in the Seth books is actually quite

complicated, especially compared to the breezy,

conversational style of the Abraham books. The best known

Seth books are Seth Speaks and The Nature of Personal

Reality, but Jane Roberts put out at least a half dozen

others. These are meticulously transcribed by Jane’s husband

Rob (it seems channelers require a supportive spouse!), with

dates and times of every statement put down in the books.

The very exhaustive nature of the Seth books, along with the

fact that the Roberts’ never traveled around the world

giving seminars -they actually never moved from their home

in Central New York- seems to make it highly unlikely that

there was any financial motive for the work. This was before

the new age movement was sparked in the 1980s, largely by

Shirley Maclaine. This is not to criticize those who do give

seminars, such as the Hicks’, but only to say that the

simple lifestyle of the Roberts’ (Jane died several years

ago) seems to support their sincerity.

The Seth material is, frankly, too detailed and dense to be

very popular. Even I, who devoured it for a few years, have

come to prefer the direct and simple style of Abraham. Yet

you have to credit Seth with putting out some extremely

interesting information (or theories if you prefer). This

mainly revolves around reincarnation, probably selves and,

naturally, reality creation.

According to Seth, all of our lives are happening at once,

since time as we understand it is only a mental construct.

In addition to this, we have many “probable selves” living

out “probable realities” in alternate dimensions. This means

that each of us has infinite possibilities that are all

being lived out in some world or another. Some academic

philosophers, approaching the issue from a very different

point of view, have come up with a similar theory, called

possible worlds.

Another powerful phrase that Seth came up with is, “The

Present is the Point of Power.” Again, simple enough, but it

means something quite important. The present is the only

“time” that is real, so it’s the only place where we have

any real power. So the point of the Seth material is not to

remember your past lives (which were not in the past

anyway!) but to realize your own power in the present, where

all of your various selves can be accessed and united.

The Seth books, especially The Nature of Personal Power is

an excellent addition to any self-improvement or law of

attraction library. It is especially good for people who

like detailed and scientific explanations for everything, as

opposed to just being told how things are. The latter will

probably prefer the Abraham books. If you are somewhere in

the middle, as I am, you may like both. Seth also gives a

very comprehensive explanation of how reincarnation works,

for those interested in that.

Manifestation and The Law Of Attraction

Yes, you can have anything your heart desires through applying the universal law of attraction. However, the key is to really be in touch with your Higher Self in order for your true heart’s desire to manifest for you on a conscious level. If a desire comes to you which is primarily revealed only through your personal ego – your lower self – without actual guidance from your Higher Self, then this desire has a lesser chance of manifesting.

How then do you tap into that part of you which is in touch with your Higher Self ? The key is through meditation. By stilling the body and the mind and allowing your Higher consciousness to flow through you in order to guide and direct your true desires. Turning your energies inward and closing off all outside distractions allows you to focus your attention on your Higher consciousness which resides at the center of your mind.

Now, once you are in touch and aligned with your true heart’s desire as revealed by your Higher Self, you can begin to apply various manifestation concepts to nourish your desire and bring it into fruition.

This is where the fun really begins!!!!

How To Manifest What You Truly Want For Your Life

Apply the following techniques in order to manifest your heart’s desire:

First, calm your body and your mind by sitting in a quiet place, close your eyes, and turn your attention inward and focus on your third eye between your eyebrows. Take 3 deep breaths-in through the nose and out through the mouth. As you exhale, repeat the sound of “aah.” Next, breathe in through your nose and exhale through your nose and focus on your breath. Do this 3 times. Now that your body and mind are relaxed, you can begin to visualize your desire as it is revealed to you.

Once you have experienced what you feel is a true desire, then you can begin to visualize this desire in great detail already fulfilled in your mind’s eye. Create a mental movie of this desire in as much detail as possible. Use all your senses to see, hear, touch, taste, and above all, feel, the end result in your mind’s eye.

Capture the feeling state associated with your desire. Would you feel strong, powerful, love, peace, joy, having achieved your desire? The feeling state linked to the visualization fuels the flame to manifest your desire.

Practice these techniques on a regular basis and make miracles happen in your life!!!!

Law of Attraction: 7 Ways To Get Unstuck

We are always creating our reality by our thoughts. Energy is always flowing where we give our attention. When we feel we are ‘stuck’, we are unconsciously re-creating the same situation for our selves over and over. It is like a car that is stuck in snow – the wheels are moving, the engine is revving, and the car is digging itself in deeper where it is. There is lots of activity going on, just no forward motion.

When we feel ‘stuck’ we are there because we are focused more on the lack of what we want than we are on the having of what we want. We are looking at frustration, and at ‘not yet having’. What we look at is what we get. We are looking at, and fretting about, the situation as it is. That is not where we want to look. We already know we don’t want the situation as it is; we want it to be different. But the only way it can become different is if we ‘live’ in the feeling place of having attained it.

OK, how do we do that? When we look at ‘what is, we are just spinning our wheels and digging ourselves in deeper where we don’t want to be. We have to look at what we want. One: Start by thinking about your goal or desire. Let yourself relax into the feeling of having it or experiencing it. If it is more money, how will you feel as you spend it? If it is a relationship, feel yourself smiling at your partner and laughing at something only the two of you find funny. Is it a new job? Feel your pride as your boss tells you how wonderful you are.

Begin to ask yourself how you will feel when all is the way you want it to be? What will you be doing? Two: Then ask yourself why you want it. What other wonderful things will this lead to? How will your life be better? Spend some time focusing on that. Being in the feeling or with the feeling is the energy that brings it to you. Don’t give any thought to the fact that you don’t have it yet, just think about how it will feel when you do.

Three: Say to yourself, “Wouldn’t it be nice if . . .” and let yourself daydream all kinds of wonderful things for yourself. Say, “Isn’t it wonderful that . . .” and pretend that it has all come to pass exactly the way you want it. This softens the resistance around your desire and lets it begin to enter your world. Don’t worry about the future tense of the words, just concentrate on the feelings you have with these statements. What you are doing here is softening your vibration of ‘not having’. If you find yourself feeling a joyful anticipation, you are doing this right.

Four: Look around you for examples of others who have, or are doing what, you want. If they can do it, so can you. How do you think they are feeling? What are they thinking to have or experience that? See evidence of it happening around you. Notice that the Universe can provide it in many ways to many people. Look for signs of its coming.

Do you look around at others and feel ‘not good enough’? One of the major reasons our manifestations are limited are our feelings of unworthiness. It is our own lack of self love that restricts our joyfull-ness.

Five: Start a BOPPA – a book of positive, personal aspects of yourself. Get a pretty notebook with blank pages. Write down all the wonderful things you can think of about yourself. No matter how small or how insignificant, write them down. Every day, come back to it and add a few more. You can write things like, “I listened to my brother on the phone today while he was complaining,” or “My fingernails are clean and neat.” or “I’m proud of myself for being patient with that sales clerk when I really wanted to bite her head off”. As you read these back to yourself, you will find you liking yourself more. And as you like yourself more, you will find your manifestations come easier. Honest.

Six: Do a focus wheel. Draw a circle in the center of a piece of paper. In the center write the thought you want to feel better about. It can be as simple as “I want to move toward my goal”, or it can be more specific, like, “My leg is healed.” Then, around that circle, like spokes of a wheel, start writing statements supporting your goal or desire. Radiate them out like numbers on a clock. Go around the wheel, writing reasons why you know your goal is coming, or why you want it, or evidence you’ve seen that encourages you. “For over an hour today, my leg felt fine.” “I can stand longer than I used to.” “My body knows just how to heal itself.” “The rest of my body is in perfect health.” “Perfect health can be in my leg, too” When you are finished writing, go around the circle and read what you wrote, allowing yourself to feel the relief of it. By the time you are finished, you will have spent quite a few minutes focused on why the statement in the center is true. You will have substantially lessened your resistance, moving from your ‘stuck’ feeling into expectation.

Seven: Soothe yourself. Talk to yourself as if you are speaking to your inner two year old. Say things like, “Even though I don’t have it yet, I know I’m getting closer,” and “Good things always happen to me,” and “I’m becoming more conscious of the vibration I put out and as I do, I’m creating more of what I want”. Be gentle. Be kind to yourself. Remind yourself that the Universe is always giving, and that good is the natural order of things.

The common thread in all of these exercises is that they focus on the joy of having, doing or being what you want for more than 17 seconds. It takes 17 seconds for an idea to draw a similar idea to it. The longer you can hold your thought on your desires, the faster they will manifest. Focus on the joy. The joy will pull your desires to you.
