I have never thought of it this way but it makes total sense since we are all the creators of our own experiences. I guess we create not only experience but stuff.
This is so important. Because if we only “attract”, then our potentials are limited by what already exists. But if we “create”, then life is truly limitless. And we have the potential to not only improve our own lives, but to transform the whole world. Beautiful!!
A couple of years ago Dattatreya mentioned a girl in New York who lost 35 pounds using his techniques. That was me. Using the technique that Dattatreya describes in this video, making the image inside and watching it happen on the outside, was the key to the creation. I created a new body in my mind, meditated on it as often as possible, and it came. Thank you Dattatreya!
