I can’t help but be happy and content after watching this – five stars for sure. All the videos on youtube inspired me to make my own “mind movie” that contains images and experiences I’d like to have. check it out, get inspired, and make your own – it’s a great way to keep your mind going in the right direction. I just did this while the upstairs neighbor coincidentally (actually I don’t believe in coincidences anymore), started his almost daily vacuuming. This always made me very.. let’s say “miffed” becuase he does it so often.
I followed this 3-step tapping while his vacuuming was going on, and it worked so well, that I was very suspicious and was actually “trying” to get upset about it again, but it was gone. I will continue using this technique. Thanks again David.

i did try this, saw it in oprah i think. the one to lose weight but didnt believe in it too much before. and now i think this will help me alot with practicing the LOA too. when my energy goes down, the EFT will keep my emotions in check. thank you so much.
