Resistance is a series of lies buried deep in our subconscious minds. The negative thoughts and feelings have been acquired and can be released.
Methods like EFT tapping and performing affirmations before meditation or bed time have worked well for me.
The key is to ID blockages and release them. Supressing these feelings and ideas only makes them grow, creating more resistance.
