Aside from the promise at the end. I don't believe you can promise someone a change, but rather you can promise them change is a possibility. It's entirely dependent on their choices, and agency. What you've touched on are all principles of faith. Faith being the power to manifest things, the belief that when you walk, you will be able to take another step. Faith guided your actions. It's not easy to change who you are when your mind has gone through years of conditioning. But I totally agree that negative energy attracts all kinds of negativity, ultimately draining the life out of you.
